Scott Wilkins

DR. SCOTT J. WILKINS is a structural geologist that has been providing technical consulting and training for 19 years in the oil and gas industry. He is currently an independent consultant with Wilkins Structural Analysis LLC., and has worked previously for Anadarko Petroleum Co. (2008 – 2019) and Shell International Exploration and Production, Inc. (2002-2008) in centralized technology groups. His expertise is in characterizing the structural aspects of basins, traps, and reservoirs, from regional to well-scale, in support of discovering, appraising, and developing oil and gas fields in both conventional and unconventional plays in numerous basins throughout the world. He has B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in geology from the University of Oregon (1995), Florida International University (1999), and the University of Nevada – Reno  (2002), respectively.
