RCRA Emergency Response is designed to help you meet the training requirements of 40 CFR 264.16. It covers contingency planning, the emergency coordinator, and emergency equipment and procedures.

Operators, technicians, and other professionals who require knowledge to operate and maintain facilities safely and effectively.You Will Learn
Participants will learn how to:
- Define the components of a contingency plan.
- Describe the role and responsibilities of the emergency coordinator.
- Identify maintenance procedures for emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, and spill-control, decontamination, and communication equipment.
- List proper emergency procedures for fire fighting, shutdown, waste feed cutoff systems, and groundwater contamination.
