Safe Tank Cleaning is a series of four learning programs designed to teach anyone involved in the planning or supervision of a tank cleaning job the safety procedures for gas freeing and cleaning stationary storage tanks. Cleaning the Tank covers the physical removal of sludge and other residue from the tank interior. You will learn about the proper tank cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment, and tests required prior to tank entry. You will also learn general safety precautions to be taken throughout the tank cleaning job.
